ah I see the normal bull attitude/argument of it hasn't happened yet so it won't happen - nothing says astute investor with a belief like that.
The markets (worldwide) are sick, they are NOT normal capital markets. If cheap credit is supplied forever then your wonderful housing boom will last a lot longer. Any sniff of rates rising watch the carnage unfold .. and no I dont know when that will happen .. but I do know if you are a heavily leveraged investor you are f&&ked.
