Any property investor who b0ught in recently is going to be utterly and comprehensively destroyed.
If you cannot sustain 50% capital loss, and 50% rent reduction, then sell out now and limit your losses.
This is inevitable, and the longer you delay, the bigger your losses.
A high tide lifts all boats. A low tides lowers them all. The tide has turned, it is going out rapidly.
