BTW, I would also conclude by saying that FBR have a superior product and will sell itself. No marketing necessary.
Do builders want to make money? Do they want to not go out of business? Then incentive is there to use HX with zero dollars spent on marketing.
Similarly, do shareholders like money? Do they want to make money investing in the casino I mean sharemarket? Then they will come to FBR when/if FBR starts building in Florida and earning Benjamens. No where in the process was there a dollar spent on marketing to attract shareholders.
Okay now I'm concluding this thought. Happy Thursday everyone.
