Over here in Kiwi-land our market only had a 2% fall….having a public holiday during the big 'correction' on the dow helped stop panic selling.

Our major companies over here are a bit boring…..they pay dividends!!

Would I be right in saying that a lot of USA companies don't pay 'divvies'.

The Dow had been going up too fast of late and needed a correction in my opinion.

Just hope the price of oil stays strong and Grieve produces above expectations.
