I believe that the BRR is planed for that reason...if it was to just clarify the announcements he would have done it already. So I believe that they are about to sign and having thought about it a bit I now think the reason we got the "we are thining about buying a refinery" is to show the faithful in a not confirmed way that we are on the brink of a deal so bear with us a little longer. I really think that the BRR will be done when we have some oil leases so I expect more news in the coming days.

The only thing that bothers me is the way the placenments are made.
