....continue to be intrigued by Friday last minute bid stacking.
various explanations proposed on HC but they can't all be right at the same time.
whoever the stacker was, they were prepared to receive a dump of 12 million+ shares at an average of no more 10% less than market as it was on close on friday. the stacker would know that insto's may dump to comply with any ASX top100 policy, and that there was a riskier week ahead.
how does that fit with any theory that the stacked was keen to offload 2 million shares and was trying (bit too obviously?) to attract buyers - beats me?
last friday someone was cashed up and prepared to risk being the new owner of 12 mill CNP shares. --------------------
