Can Do is dumbing down this debate like he does with most policies. I would like to see statistics on when (what time) most alcohol fueled crime occur. Why doesn't Can Do consider curbing trading hours? Because he reckons people should be able "let their hair down freely". Does that mean we need people to be blind drunk on our streets at 4 or 5am?

Unfortunately Can Do goes for the high profile populist policies that simply shift problems around. It's like his Government's mad rush to build casinos on every corner in the state. Generate a few jobs and tax revenue and create a generation of social problems after Can-Do fugs off into the sunset.
