Well, it does make sense Cgt. I've also thought that putting drunk people out on the streets at one time can't be good too. It will be interesting to see what comes of Sydney's results.
I know places like California have a 2am close, which i didn't particularly like when i travelled to the US in my 20's :(. But, I know I woke up each morning feeling thankful for the 2am close as I wasn't as hungover. Then again, i just learnt to start drinking at a much earlier time than usual
