Dear New people to CXO (and it seems there are suddenly a lot of you who have just crawled out of the woodwork).

A couple of ground rules to make your lives here more pleasant and to continue to keep the quality of our nice little corner of Hot Copper good.

Rule 1 - No mindless new threads such as this one. We have good quality Threads covering a wide array of topics already which our group adhere to as general politeness and keep the content less spammy. If you have a random question, a random statement or would like to put a new post up, please use the already established thread topics. If you think it doesn't go under any of the already established ones, it probably goes under Banter as pretty much everyone here checks the banter thread regularly. If in doubt post your comment in Banter.

You will get the most audience by following this rule and won't get abuse hurdled at you by the LT's when we see another mindless spammy thread clogging up the most recent threads index and drowning out the useful topics.

Rule 2 - No cross promotions. If you wanna talk about another stock, talk about it on their forum instead of clogging ours up. Occasional references in context to CXO are fine (most holders here hold elsewhere, myself included) but if you start cross promoting your pump and dumps elsewhere etc, the censorship and ban hammer will be swung.

Rule number 3 - Re-read rules 1 and 2 until you understand them.
