Reading through all the posts, i have found that most of you property bears have one thing in common which is your lack of VISION.

Like the post Im replying to " It will cheaper in 9 Months" lol. Will it be cheaper in 5 years, 10 years ???

Think ahead!

The earlier you get in the better IMO.

If a bit of a boom comes along in the 10 years well you come out with a nice profit

Think years ahead not just whats going to happen tomorrow!

Most of you seem like very short term thinkers and in the end you will end up sweet nothing...... Renting on the Pension.... No thanks!
