In context tr1ptych when one first buy's property it an amazingly huge daunting prospect to take on that responsibility. But if you find one where you will be happy and enjoy living in and pay a price where you are happy thats half the battle. Don't listen to either side you will know when the time is right for yourself, now or in the future good luck.
