Hey in some places all the FHB type properties are gone. For me I had been watching some suburbs and they had plenty of studio and 1 bedroom stock. Now there is none. Listings for those suburbs have fallen by half over the last 5 weeks. I guess someone is buying, also these suburbs are achieving pretty much on there asking price, give or take about 10-20k on 500k. The true information is only starting to be seen, and you will only see now in what 6-8 weeks time.
