By the way - I may have over-reacted to Shady - just blowing off I guess in absolute frustration in that PEK directors got taken in by brokers.
No excuses. I hate that.
I have seen this type of thing plenty of times and am sick to death at being on the ass end of directors sleeping at the wheel.
I suspect like many of you - we have a lot to claw back. But when you have deals that stuff up and cost me money - I hate that to.
Also - the response was direct from AH.
And if he's miffed then stiff. He should be more miffed about PEK getting incorrect info from broker rather than a highly cheesed off shareholder.
