I'm not down beat on the sell price.

I said the neighbour would get it cheap. If there was to be a takeover proposition then the existing gold miner in the area would have IDC over a barrel simply because of capex IDC will need to raise to get Mt Kare off the ground.

But gee wizz. If the offer was say 50 cents a share when was the last time shareholders saw 50 cents a share?

Give me that today and I'm out.
