No doubt they got the scoop on the next months action.

Gamblers were the folks who put up the $.04/share a year or so ago. Paid off 700%.

Suggest this placement by investors at $.24/share will do at least as well in a much shorter time span. Their here for some serious money, not a run up and out.

This is a huge, critical and extremely important placement as it secures City's position and credibility in the business community.
