    What can I say ?

    I don't know the particular circumstances re CSL.

    On the surface it appears you are talking about a fully finessed technology that was handed over at a long established industry price.

    My sources replied from the perspective of large companies that over 20 year periods had utilized many technology agreements.

    "Commercial in Confidence" will not bother me !
