COI having the largest equity stake in the Mahalo Block plus taking the lead on drilling with a view to achieving an increase in flow rates - thereafter looking to a multiple increase of 2P reserves from where we sit today of 30 PJ to three figures – providing all goes to plan we should see our core asset base rise in value which in turn should be reflected in the Market Cap/Share Price.
Two possibilities moving forward providing we don’t struggle to raise on-going funding - either we continue down the path of booking reserves and pressing ahead towards the ultimate goal of hooking up to existing infrastructure having moved from 2P to 1P to feed a hungry gas market or we get taken out well before then.
My best bet – we will get taken out early. Exactly when and for how much depends on a number of factors including us being able to demonstrate that we have the means of going it alone should we so wish. Beggars can't be choosers - but those with options can bide their time.
Early days at the moment with lots of obstacles in front of us - but we are pressing ahead at a time when others are treading carefully – so watch this space.
