Totally agree. The 10 person limit for some clubs that are virtually the size of a football field inside is absolutely ridiculous. Have strict rules for in/out entries as people funnel in/out maybe a single entry. But inside in large clubs and restaurants it is easy to space out and control.
Small cafes that may have full capacity near 10 shows the poor modelling for this.
