With regard to ordering equipment. There was a statement a couple of years ago, that there would be a "long lead" time to organise some equipment.
Given the drop in mining, the time to obtain equipment has dropped as has the price of the equipment. As an example, in discussion with Andy White he suggested the price of ore-sorters had dropped.
Jim indicated in this presentation that they have had extensive negotiations with Mitsubishi regarding what gear is required. So I'm pretty confident that management are well on top of this issue and are ready to go (once they get the money).
