Looking at today's appendix 3b, there are only 600,000 options left to exercise, which is a fantastic outcome for CNQ. That means they have at least $580,000 extra cash. It also means that the under writer, if there was one, will only have $60k worth of stock to play with/sell. The market should tighten up nicely from here.
