Many investors would have an average less than $0.10. Therefore buy and make 20% 30% and increase there holding by taking up the options.
The options are employee options and they may need to trade to get the money.
Many investors have rules or Max Investment $ limits.
Some investors have to sell.
I don't think the day traders are looking at CNQ yet but considering the "imminent" announcement CNQ would be on there radar.
The market tends to go into holiday mode very soon and many short tram investors convert there small caps to Cash and stop trading for 3,4, 6 Weeks.
