Every time it tries to make a move forward , passed 12cents , it gets smacked back down
Company should seek to engage with these parties and try to find a Buyer to take out the bulk of the stock and one whom is likely to hold , especially given they are getting the stock at 50% discount to float price
We need to get a fund manager or someone with deep pockets to take a position and remove the escrow overhang.
