he came in promising the world(as they do) in relation to cost of living pressures, that referendum, china / pacific reset
has failed on 2 out of 3

yet dutton still erks voters, if we had someone a little more 'likable' in opposition the polls would be diabolical for labor. Nothing at all will make dutton more likable (in my opinion, which means nothing much) he is built a certain way. the way he can win is via policy and hammering away at cost of living themes in next election
