From what I understood from the last meeting, is that PMV was never going to be listed here.

I understood it that PMV was to be listed on AIM, due to the far easier access to money over there. Also because there is a better appreciation of the value of a good platinum stock over there.

Mooiplats was going to be 100% held by PMV on the AIM exchange and in return for that gau shareholders were going to be given shares in PMV on a prorata basis, as well as the opportunity to take up shares in the offer of PMV over there.

They were in talks with 2 major groups, about getting PMV the backing to be listed on AIM. So I assume the talks are still ongoing.

They also said that there would not be an agreement on the AIM listing until "AFTER" there had been a jorc upgrade of the platinum. So we need that first before we hear anything about PMV or the compnay split
