Well I believe there was still one major road block and that was the ANZ/OPES mess.
The mediation talks have now failed so it's off to the courts and that could take years.
I personally don't have an issue giving the directors performance based shares or options but any money that may be claimed from ANZ in future will need to be pumped back into the company.
I haven't looked into it but does anybody know how many shares the directors actually lost?
Normally I would say stiff you gambled and lost so deal with it but this OPES/ANZ mess really looks and sounds suss doesn't it.
