But remember they cannot for instance give the shares on a performance base price of say a $1.00 within 12 months when the shareprice is say at the meeting at 70 cents if they gave out the goody announcements but if they ratify the share issue at the AGM and the shareprice is 30 cents then there is a performance to perform .Afterwards the good announcements take place and the shares go a buck and the bonus shares are issued as a condition of performance and EVERBODY is happy. My version anyway. Stuff ANZ .
