Not saying that it's impossible - but DT & JB have invested so much time & energy into making this company achieve great things, that I can't see them departing until they've both seen substantial reward for their efforts.
Also, there is the not insignificant matter of 100m options & 10m shares for DT + 50m options for JB. These options expire in late 2013 (from memory), and the CEO options & shares are contingent upon performance criteria, stretching up to 2013. Plenty of incentives to stick around, methinks.
