    Same reason any other Manager, General Manager or CEO's leaves, some for greener grass, some cause there time is up (which is usualy 2y timeframe) and some due to being recruited by another company that will offer the same bennifits and more. I work in a management role for AngloCoal and speak from experience so this isnt a "silly" thought, just coming from a differnet angle. Looking at JB's performance who wouldn't want someone like this in the business.
