There were numerous reports on the non-recourse loans late last year and early this. There is information in the Centro reporting but I'd have to trawl through masses of paper to find it.
This really is very old news. I suspect (but don't know for sure) that it was accounted for at half-year end. Again, you will have to check.
The loans were only for senior execs and directors from memory. Other staff were issued shares as part of their remuneration and I know the company has accounted for these each half under standard accounting. You can find details in the 4D and 4E.

There are plenty more out there. Again, I reiterate this is old news.
In the coming months we may see director activity, I genuinely hope so. When we do, it'll show confidence and be very welcome from shareholders.
