Look at all (or the few) times over the past 3 years the given MA's have all been bunched together. Techs have plenty of room to move all near bases.
Obviously still some work to do & needs to then get through the $0.10/0.11 region but past that it takes the long held trend line from $0.40 highs and moves above the 200dma.
Who knows how the results will deliver in 6 weeks time but I think it's pretty likely market will move in anticipation.
