nuts there was a pink line at 28 cents in 2011 and there was no profit for the SM in the $21M placement, allocated on 1st June 2011, fell like a lead balloon. The mums and dads weren't allotted their shares until a month later so no down pressure from them at the time. Down pressure/existing downtrend came from the SM falling over themselves exiting the stock. Two months after the placement to the SM the stock fell 25% in one day on 123M shares on what some holders said here at the time was unrelated news from Dendreon. I said otherwise but no one really cares, each to their own, it's your money, but you do log onto HC everyday to read other posters opinions,how you process them is your choice and your decision and the outcome is your responsibility not the companies or the markets, when the time comes to look back. All the clues are there, you just need to piece them together, experienced or novice opinions your choice again.

Critical week this week technically, lets hope it ticks up for the majority of readers here, but at the end of the day that's the markets decision, the majority.
