ahjay, wouldn't take much notice of the three you mention. In my opinion they have never had anything worthwhile to contribute.
There was a fantastic post that one of them made on the 31st July, 2012. That post is as relevant today as it was then. If you want me to, I will re-post it, but I am sure that you know the one that I am talking about. It was a ripper post.
The so called long term "down-trend" has been manipulated on a handful of shares - all meaningless.
The fact is that during this "long term downtrend" PRR's fundamentals have improved tremendously.
