You say The fact is that during this "long term downtrend" PRR's fundamentals have improved tremendously.
What does this say about management's ability to promote the company to genuine investors and their decision the place shares at a three year low price?
My expectations are quite subdued regarding the upcoming CAN-003 update. History suggests anything less then very good results coupled with a commercial plan going forward will see the stock sold off heavily. The company completely butchered the release of the results last time and the stock never recovered.
