Geez all these haters huh.
Everything really breaks down to statistical probability of events occurring you can never say with certainty that something "will" occur in the future but you can be more certain of a likely path than simply running guess work and hope as RobHood favours. Charts are really very simple price, volume, time - the only way statistics are ever compiled are from events past so what has already happened always guides the most likely event into the future. Anyway you want to dispute or discredit it but the one thing that is certain is that statistical probability will win over hope and luck the majority of the time.
