Funky, on-going quality of fundamentals are what will give me an indication of where the price is likely to go - not a chart. The direction of the share price could change on the blink of an eye on an announcement release. A chart (WITH PRR) provides me with a great picture of where the price has been and whether the direction of the move was convincing based on volume that went through.
