Facts ex ASX and BFC announcements.

• BFC has 1,997,046,892 issued shares. Source ASX
• ASX info tells me that average BFC ASX sales for past 90 days = 4,210,019 per day. 90 day TOtal therefore is 378,901,710. Represents 18.97% of BFC issued shares
• BFC closed last Cap raise on 1 December 2022.
• Say 270 days elapsed since raise.
• Approx 200 working days available to trade BFC shares.
• Approx shares traded based on ASX info = 200 days X 4m per day (guess) = 800m = 40% of BFC issued shares.
• Regal has exited.

Who (??? I need to meet this wise person or persons) has bought 800m shares and am I correct to say that no new substantial holdings have been announced.

Will keep watching this circus. Roger Sexton is still the "ring master"".....
