I don't believe that the pre-construction price is relevant any longer (no offence intended).

Naturally, long term holders of BLR cannot but help to think about the past history of the stock but given the change in dirfection one really needs to view this stock almost as you would an IPO. Holding on to the past will - in my honest opinion - only serve to block you emotionally from making an investment decision on the merits of BLR's new management and prospects.
