I used to hold Boom Logistics in my portfolio (bought in at $2.70) but I've traded them in for Coates Hire. Bigger is better (although Boom is growing too).

I don't think one ought to be overly concerned about a down turn in property related contruction. The beauty of hire companies like Boom and Coates is that their equipment can be moved around and used in many ways - very versatile.
