Aberdeen St has done very well out of Whitvista tenements by being issued huge amounts of shares in ASX listed companies by complicit boards. Everything so far has only ever been based on nearology and most have been relinquished when new management has taken over the companies, meaning the shares were issued for nothing. Those free shares and usually equal amounts of options then get dumped back on the market at increasingly diminishing prices as the buying dries up.

Usually no meaningful exploration has taken place on the leases by Whitvista to justify the value of the vended land, leaving the new owners the task of proving the worth of the investment and bear all cost and the risk.

Maybe it will be different this time but I doubt it.

Be very careful not to get caught holding on too long waiting for the big rewards that never come.

Remember also, that with each deal completed the vendors take a larger slice of the company, enabling Scooks supporters to vote through future deals, effectively sidelining others. Through stealth they hijack the company and are able to continually sell down some of their holding and still retain enough voting muscle to ensure further deals are done to benefit themselves.

Do your research very thoroughly and be wary of some of the posters here who will be beneficiaries of the free shares. They will tell you what you want to hear and sell into any strength. They are not your friends but leeches bleeding you dry.

Take the time to check out just when each tenement was acquired and cross check the tenement numbers of each company. Tengraph (WA)and The Dept. of Primary Industries, Fisheries and Mines (NT) are useful tools for this. You will most likely start to see a pattern emerging. Spend some money getting the history and share ownership details of the private companies. For about $40 for each company you can buy the info from various organisations, including Dunn & Bradstreet. Its money well spent I can assure you all. Its a very good starting point for your research. Then check out the history of the main players and you will start to get a very clear picture of whats going on.

Best of luck to those brave enough to try their luck here.
