Rookie - perhaps its a block Take a large holding in TMT to help get it going and profit thereby - and see TMT develop into a much bigger company. Take a smaller - but controlling holding - in AVL to prevent or control its development - until it can be absorbed by a much larger neighbour.
Of course this is the optimistic pondering of a TMT holder with many skills (imo) - but corporate action not being one of them - Cheers
