how often do they come out with stock recommendations, and approx how long do you hold them for?

For example, they don't bombard you with a number of stocks and say pick from these?
I've subscribed to some reports which give you 4 to choose from each day.
I also have subscribed to wise owl which is ok but it recommends 2 stocks each weekend to hold for a year.
There is no way anyone can follow that portfolio.
