Wow, sweet. So we potentially double the amount of shares via AIM, diluting long term holders to oblivion when the share price is at it's lowest. Then CAS management sets about raising the share price in 2H18! Only CAS management could come up with a genius strategy like that!

He's an unorthadox approach. Set about a reversal of the share price FIRST by reinstilling confidence in the stock. This is directed towards CAS management:

    - Show a practical game plan that leads to production. (most punters don't believe what CAS says anymore since any historic timetable is laughable. You need to somewhere win back respect which has evaporated over the last few years)

-Do as you say. If you set a goal in a time period -- DO IT! Be the company that under promises and over deliveries. Not the one that over promises and under deliveries. (Your reputation is shot, only hard work will turn that around)

-Set about a REDUCTION in admin costs. You're a small cap.... and getting smaller and smaller by the day. Remember that fact or you'll soon be a micro cap with a army of personnel at your disposal. (does that make any sense? Well it doesn't to your competitors. You know the ones, they're the ones on the top of the peer comparison charts in any EV comparison of ounce to market cap)

Get your house in order FIRST, show you're the real deal, turn around the share price FIRST, get the share price trending upwards FIRST. And THEN worry about a AIM listing.

You seem to be desperate by doing it this way. Are you?
