WHat 5 year non-disclosure? I have to say I worry about the company giving its IP to some company in China, particularly when is putting so much effort into developing a way to extract the ore from this difficult rock...not yet discovered so far as I am aware.
I wouldn't be dropping my drawerss for an unknown Chinese company..it can get pretty cold up there and you know what happens in the cold...look at that American boy who got frost bite on his feet yesterday when he ran around the house in -17 degrees during half time at the SuperBowl...for a dare..
Are JRV's directors likely to sufffer a similar fate....only on a different par tof their anatomy?
