It shows the potential to upgrade pisolitic and detrital from sub 50% Fe to DSO grades. Poondano looks to be similar material - ie a combination of detrital and CID material. However, Poondano is only 25km from Port Hedland!!
Huge potential here at Poondano. AGO with Market Cap of some $540M has got the market excited with production based on reserves of some 14Mt with high phos and high silica.
Good news flow coming from Carina. But they need to get the rig up there and drill the northern targets - with so much strike extent there will be plenty more resources to add to the Carina resoure. Even with their very conservative cost estimates Carina production alone has an NPV of >$100 million.
And there is still the some 60Mt at Bungalbin - what is happening with this?
Management is not capiltalising effectively on some good results and getting the message out there to investors. Compared with the other Iron Juniors there is huge upside here if Board is prepared to shakeup the mangement up and get things moving.
