You seem to have more success communicating with the Co, now that you don't hold, than most share holders.Did you find out if Craig was in SA? Was he concerned that sign off was not yet completed?Was sign off just a formality?Did he say an announcement was imminent???Sorry to ask so many questions but you seem to have some answers or at least a more informed view.
