I think WOW has bottomed and $35 is FV as the commercial property alone justifies about $19-21, throw in the groceries and supply agreements, another $10-12 and the rest (Masters, employees, subs, entry costs, lobbying, anti-trust avoidance) about $3-4 IMHO but pls DYOR.
