Well we know that the cost of mining, milling, production, admin and all other cost such as labour ect is $220 an ounce,
We know what the price of gold is aroung the $800 mark.
With a current Jorc defined at 250,000 ounces over the selected areas including Blue spec.
The current Market cap is 24,088,781
Shares issued assuming conversion of Options 132,770,418
With 250,000 ounces
EBITDA $580 an ounce after production.
$580 times 250,000 equates to $145,000,000 worth of resource currently
The share price in not appreciated and very under valued at $0.28 when EBITDA on resource is $1.09 a share
With 500,000 ounces, $580 an ounce after production
$580 times 500,000 equates to $290,000,000 worth of resource
That’s a resource value per share of $2.18
With 1,000,000 ounces, $580 an ounce after production
$580 times 500,000 equates to $580,000,000 worth of resource
That’s a resource value per share of $4.36
I suspect the Bluey to have at least 1,000,000 ounces
With the Red Ribbon Shear having very similar characteristics I suspect it could actually double that.
Even if I am 50% right, I will be extremely happy
Dare I say even if I am 25% right I will still be happy
The share is undervalued there cant be any doubt about that
