The wording used in the announcements is of some concern, ANS use the word "possible" while SDL just say in the affirmative form "pending" no mention of possible.
ANS: regarding a possible fund raising....
SDL: pending an announcement on a corporate transaction....
Regardless, we can only assume SDL is doing its best at working its hardest in conjunction with ANS.
Anyone who has ever run any business wheeling and dealing can be very stressful, so lets hope for the best.
Mines do exist in Africa in countries not as stable as Cameron and surely China (the cleaver guys) wants to get quality iron ore from the New Pilbara of Africa.
