too many doomsdayers waiting for what will never be. Good luck waiting, property is not going to do anything by 60%, up down or otherwise.
Property is probably closer to the bottom than the top in many areas now, the doom and gloomers have been predicting this huge decline for years, since 06 and the US decline right? 5 years later much r/e has gone up so much in value it could drop 10% or more and a purchaser in 06 would still be in front.
