they havent got any other projects. if this one is halted than they cant do anything. their options are to sell it at what they can and close up shop or look for another project with the money they just raised. given that they have recently completed an oversubscribed placement they are doing an unusual amount of promotional work including conferences in china, site visits, further road shows.
